We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. This Data Retention Schedule outlines how long we keep different types of personal data and our procedures for data deletion or anonymization in line with applicable legal requirements, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


1. Types of Data Collected and Retention Periods

The following types of data are retained as specified below:


  • Contact Information (e.g., name, email address, phone number):
    Retained indefinitely for newsletter subscriptions, but users can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.


  • Customer Account Data (e.g., username, password):
    Retained as long as the account is active. Deleted upon user request or after 24 months of inactivity.


  • Workshop and Course Registration Data:
    Retained for 3 years after the last activity date to allow access to materials. Deleted or anonymized upon expiry.


  • Transaction and Payment Data:
    Retained for 6 years from the transaction date for tax and audit purposes.


  • Customer Support and Inquiry Data:
    Retained for 1 year from the date of the last communication to improve our customer support services. Deleted or anonymized after 1 year.


  • Analytics and Browsing Data (e.g., cookies, IP address):
    Retained for 12 months to analyze site performance and improve user experience. Anonymized or deleted upon expiry.

2. Data Deletion and Anonymization Procedures

Data no longer required will be deleted or anonymized, depending on its nature:


  • Deletion: Data will be permanently removed from our systems.

  • Anonymization: Personal identifiers will be removed so data cannot be traced back to an individual.


3. User Rights
